Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The receptionist was very helpful. The rooms had plenty of sunshine and a nice view of trees. There is a small lift to get to the 7th floor. Easy to reach Lorne street for eateries. Plenty of storage space. Good WiFi. I liked the pillows, not too bulky. The shower was good, and the sink in the compact bathroom was deep, so possible to wash out a few clothes. It seems it's student accommodation, and if I were a student I would be very happy there.

Negative: Traffic noise if you have the window open. (No air conditioning but fans were provided). It was not easy to find, I had to ask someone where is no. 30. Parking round the back...a bit tricky and up a steep slope.
